Program Description

From time to time, we have a meeting where members bring in any plant they would like to share with the other members, and we call this “My Favorite Plant.” It doesn’t have to be your all-time favorite (maybe you don’t even have one), but just a plant that means something to you and might be of interest to others.

About our Speaker

We encourage anyone bringing a plant to take their turn standing up and telling about it: how you came by it, what is special about it, what its flowers are like, etc. Basically, this meeting is a big show-and-tell session where the program features all of us. It is a great chance to see what others are growing and gain some insights along the way.

In keeping with the “My Favorite Plant” theme, we will not have a separate show-and-tell table.

Show & tell table: YOUR PLANT on the succulent side, YOUR PLANT on the cactus table, and YOUR PLANT for pachyforms, plus anything else that’s looking good or in flower.

Featured grower: TBD.

Snack table:, There will be a shared spread, but we suggest bringing something every couple of months if you partake regularly. As a thought, we are often short on drinks.
